This was always the most popular Slider at my catering events. I think it is the combination of the sweet taste of the caramelized onions mixed with the tangy blue cheese that makes this burger so appealing.

There are no other condiments or toppings on the burger - just caramelized onions and the blue cheese sauce. Simple.
Blue Cheese Sauce

1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
